Description: Dark chocolate can be pretty bitter and harsh but I was surprised by this one. Its like biting into a dark chocolate shell with a sweeter dark chocolate at the center. Not bad.

Description: I stumbled upon this chocolate at a fresh food deli/store while traveling in upstate SC. This dark chocolate has the perfect balance of sweet and bitter and the silky texture is what takes it over the top. It melts in your mouth but not before you have a chance to fully enjoy the chocolate experience. I finally was able to track down the website and order online. I will be giving some as gifts this Christmas.
